The Southern Chapter meeting on February 12th will have Lisa Harrison as a speaker on inspecting Microbreweries and master brewer Tim O'Bryan of Quaff On Brewery talking about brewing the famous Big Woods Beers. We will tour the brewery and also have a tour of the first microdistillery in Indiana, Bear Wallow distillery, now producing moonshine and whiskey in Brown County.
Lunch will be at the Big Woods Pizza tasting room followed by our business meeting.
