Our first meeting of 2015 should be a good one! We will start at 8:30 with coffee and refreshments, then at 9:00am have a talk by Lisa Harrison of ISDH on microbreweries and how to inspect them. We will go from there on a tour of Bear Wallow Distillery, the first microdistillery licensed in Indiana. They are producing Moonshine and whiskey. We will take the short drive back into Nashville and have a tour and talk in the Big Wood Microbrewery in the center of town. Tim O'Bryan, owner of Big Woods will talk about the brewing of beer.
