Once again, the Wabash Valley Chapter of IEHA is offering "Foods 101" food safety training for inspectors. The course will be led by Lisa Harrison, State Trainer with the Food Protection Program at ISDH. Registration is required. Specific information was sent to IEHA members in January (and others on the IEHA email list). This is open to all IEHA members and will include the latest inspection information, so even those who have attended before are welcome.
