Topics covered in this course will include pool water chemistry, water balance, essential calculations, filtration, disinfection, chemical feed and control, chemical testing, safety, maintenance, troubleshooting, spas and therapy pools, and Indiana's regulatory requirements. As part of the course, each participant will receive in advance a Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) training manual to study in preparation, and to keep for reference.
