Next Tuesday, February 21, the Indiana Retail Food Education Committee will be presenting the second of its monthly “Tuesday Trainings,” which will be offered at 2:00 pm (ET). These mini training sessions will continue to be held on the third Tuesday of each month. The Committee is presenting “Just Jammed: Value Added Foods, Jams, Jellies, and More” with IDOH Retail staff member, Sharon Pattee. We look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday at 2.
