Northwest Chapter meeting

Our meeting is going to take place on Thursday, June 12^th at 10am CENTRAL TIME. (note: NOT june 19^th as previously and tentatively scheduled)

*Location: LaPorte County Health Department 809 State, LaPorte, IN

We will be watching a movie AND serving popcorn. The movie is titled “Under Our Skin”, a documentary about lyme disease (approx. 1hr 25min).

We will be having our lunch delivered from Wana Pizza…. http://www.wanapizza.com/sandside.html Cans of pop will be available for 35 cents. Please have your lunch order ready upon arrival.

The meeting and lunch will follow the movie. Everything will be done by 1pm.

*Note: the health department is located on the 4^th Floor. We will actually be meeting in a reserved room on the main (lobby) level. Meet us by the pop/snack machine. We will be there to greet you when you come in. Parking will be available “under the bridge” on the north side of Washington St (the parking lot is located under state rd 35 and by the Greater LaPorte Economic Development Corp).
